Students identify current planning stage, priority questions, and documents they have available.

Academic profile review
Transcript, course rigor, GPA trends, and testing strategy are discussed in practical terms.
4:20-5:15 PM
College list and fit workshop
Students compare academic, social, geographic, and financial fit factors.
5:15-6:00 PM
Activities and personal story lab
Students translate activities, work, family responsibilities, and interests into application-ready themes.
6:00-6:40 PM
Dinner / working break
Students may continue notes, draft questions, or review booklet prompts.
6:40-7:35 PM
Essay and recommendation planning
Students prepare early essay topics and learn how to request stronger recommendation letters.
7:35-8:25 PM
Cost, aid, and family conversation
Students review net price, aid language, scholarship planning, and decision factors.
8:25-9:00 PM
Personal action plan
Each student leaves with three immediate next steps and a follow-up timeline.
